But inside you live in fear. Fear of not being good enough, of being found out, of not living up to others expectations, of saying or doing something wrong, of upsetting someone, of failing.

Living with anxiety can be completely debilitating and wreck your self belief, self esteem and self confidence. It can also impact your physical health.

You’re always on edge and expecting the worse to happen every time, but to the outside world you may look like you have it all, because you keep that mask firmly in place to stop anyone from knowing that you feel like you're falling apart.
