Are these causing anxiety?

Our beliefs create our world, how we show up in it and how we actually see it.

And yet there isn’t one belief in your head that is true! They’re simply something you’ve thought over and over again, until you just now believe it to be fact, the absolute truth. But it’s not, it’s just a belief.

And here’s something even more mind blowing….you probably don’t even know what most of your beliefs are. They are in your blind spot.

And so many of your beliefs are causing you to feel anxious.

If you have a belief that you’re not good enough or that you won’t cope, then of course you’ll feel anxious when faced with a challenge or possibly every single day.

If you have a belief that the world isn’t safe, then who do you have to become in order to live in an unsafe world? Possibly someone who is always on high alert for danger, which keeps you living in anxiety.

That is why coaching is so incredibly powerful, because it helps you finally see those beliefs and dissolve the ones that aren’t helping you. And then install new empowering and helpful ones.
