Who are you?

To the outside world you’re killing it, you have an amazing job and you’re always hearing from others how good you are at it. You care deeply about creating a positive impact in this world, about the people you work with, the business you work in and the words ‘heart led change-maker’ describes you perfectly (even if you don’t see it yourself).

You inspire people and they look up to you, but you have no idea why. You don’t think you’re particularly amazing or anything special, despite your achievements saying otherwise.

When you get compliments from others it feels good but you don’t allow those words to sink in, maybe because you don’t see your own value, maybe because it doesn’t feel safe to let those words sink in.

What people don’t know (and you try to hide), is that you struggle with anxiety, a lot. You’re always overthinking, worrying, second guessing yourself, trying to prove you’re good enough and it’s absolutely exhausting.

The reason anxiety is such a constant companion for you is that you don’t see your worth, you don’t see how absolutely amazing you are and you’re in this high pressure role that you feel you don’t deserve (imposter syndrome resonates strongly with you).

What I do know is that you can change all that. You can create new beliefs and new programming that allows you to see your worth. That allows you to create that new inner narrative that you’ve got this and that believes in you, so that you can say goodbye to chronic anxiety and all it’s friends that lead to you burning out.

And why would you do this? Well apart from the obvious reasons of how much better you’ll feel, how much more confidence & self belief you’ll have, how much calmer, easier and lighter life will feel….apart from all of that, the positive impact you’re creating and the number of people you’re helping will increased exponentially!

The only thing holding you back right now is you and that’s amazing! And now you’re thinking “why the hell is that amazing?”, well it’s amazing because if it’s only you holding you back you have all the power to change that. The question is will you choose to?

Is This Right For You?

I work with women who are ready and willing to put in the work to help themselves and who are willing to challenge and question themselves (with curiosity not judgement - we’ll work on that). I use a combination of coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy to help my clients to get the change their looking for. I’m not a magic wand, you are the one that creates the change and I am there to help you to find all the answers that are already in you, to support you and be your biggest cheerleader and also your accountability partner.

It’s important that we are the right fit and so before I take on any new client, we’ll chat first and make sure we’re a good fit.

I work with a maximum of 8 women 1:1 at anytime and a space only becomes available if someone finishes working with me. There is a minimum sign up period of three months. This is a commitment to yourself to create that change. If there are no spaces available at present, you will be given the option to go onto a waitlist.

What is NLP & Coaching?

NLP at it’s core is replicating excellence and stands for Neuro (brain), Linguistics (language) Programming (behaviour).

Your brain acquires new skills to change unwanted thoughts, beliefs and behaviours. I use various aspects and tools from NLP and many of my clients have referred to it as ‘Magic’!

What is Hypnotherapy & Coaching?

Hypnotherapy is a fast tracker if you want to reduce and manage stress - say goodbye to anxiety and build self confidence.

Remove blocks that stop you from getting the results you want. 

You'll be in a state of deep relaxation whilst in control the whole time.
