TOOLS FOR MANAGING STRESS AND ANXIETY

We all struggle at times with stress and anxiety which can be overwhelming. I've written this booklet to help you manage those times and to get back some control. There will be things in your life that are causing the stress and anxiety and so as well as using the tools provided, it's important to get to the root cause and learn how to make changes in your life so that you can effectively manage whatever is thrown at you. BREATHING TECHNIQUES

Focused breathing can help manage stress and anxiety as well as helping to increase self-awareness by keeping us present. 

Take a few minutes to concentrate on your breath and notice how you feel afterwards. If you notice you feel better, you are more likely to repeat it, helping to manage stress triggers and anxiety.
